Easy Ravioli Appetizers
As some of you know, "toasted raviolis" are a very popular appetizer in St. Louis. But you don't have to bread and toast/bake your raviolis to make them a delicious appetizers. Here's my version!
Ingredients
- 1 bag raviolis (cheese, potato, or meat)
- 1 cup store bought spaghetti sauce (such as Ragu)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Rosemary to garnish
- Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Prepare ravioli according to package instructions. Typically dropping them in boiling water. Once they float to the top, they will be ready.
Heat up pan with olive oil. Drop the prepared ravioli in pan and lightly brown both sides.
Arrange on a plate with a drop of spaghetti sauce. Top off with Parmesan cheese and rosemary. Pierce with a toothpick or appetizer forks.
