Red White and Blue (4th of July or Memorial Day) Strawberries
Super easy and super festive!! Candy coatings are available at any Michael's or JoAnn's in the cake decorating section.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg blue candy melts
- 1 pkg white candy melts
- sprinkles (optional)
Preparation
Wash strawberries and dry them thoroughly. Strawberries should not be wet during the dipping process. Melt candy melts in separate double boilers and wait for them to fully melt. When strawberries are ready, dip them in the white melted candy. Let dry. Then, dip them in the blue melted candy. Add sprinkles, in desired and let dry. Serve alone or with pound cake.
