Bunny (or Kitty) Cupcakes
This is a wonderful recipe for Easter holiday or a Farm Party. We've also heard from people who said they these cupcakes look like a fun addition to a party with a Mizzou theme
Ingredients
- 1 Package of store-bought cupcakes (or you can make your own)
- Yellow food coloring
- 1 Lime (whiskers and mouth)
- 12 Blueberries (nose)
- 2 Tangerines (ears)
- 2 large Tootsie Rolls (eyes)
- 1 pint Store-bought icing
Preparation
Mix yellow food coloring with icing to create the yellow color that works with your party color palette.
Ice the cupcakes with the yellow icing. Create balls from the Tootsie Rolls by taking a small piece and rolling it in the palm of your hand. Once the balls are created, add them to the cupcake to make the eyes. Peel the tangerine and divide into pieces. Use two pieces for the ears on each cupcake.
Cut the lime into super thin slices and create the mouth and whiskers
Add the blueberry for the nose
