This is a wonderful and super easy recipe for Peanut Butter cookies that will not disappoint. The three marshmallows on top make it look like eggs nestled in a nest. Great cookies for Spring or just about any time of the year. Best of all, they are made from cake mix, it just can't get any easier!

Combine the cake mix, peanut butter, water and eggs in a large bowl and mix well with a mixer. Place large spoonfuls onto a nonstick cookie sheet or parchment paper. Create a slight thumbprint in the middle of the cookie reserved for the marshmallows. Do not go down to bottom of the cookie with your finger or thumb. Place 2-3 marshmallows in the middle of each cookie. Large spoonfuls are key since small cookies will not have enough room for the marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute. Place on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes to cool completely.

Place on a white plate or on a plate sitting on top of a wooden wreath.
