Mardi Gras Mojito
Forget the hurricane, this drink is fresh, fun and delicious! A perfect pairing for your King's Cake.
Ingredients
- 5-6 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp simple syrup
- 3-4 cubes of ice
- 1 part rum
- 3 parts carbonated water
- 2-3 lime wedges
Preparation
In a tall glass, muddle mint leaves, simple syrup and lime. Add rum and carbonated water. Stir and garnish with lime and mint.
